
X1 Media Launches ‘Glass Ceiling Sports’
PHILADELPHIA — X1 Media is launching a new website dedicated to athletes making an impact beyond their sport.
Glass Ceiling Sports: Breaking Barriers, will focus on athletes and their unique stories. The purpose is to give those players, coaches and other individuals in the athletic world more recognition than what traditional media may offer.
“I am more than excited for this new chapter with X1 Media,” Anthony Carter, Founder and CEO of X1 Media, said. “In a world where women’s basketball is emerging, United Football League tackling a new approach to outdoor football and other sports that are on the rise – this was a no-brainer. Sports media is drastically changing everyday and Glass Ceiling Sports is ready to take coverage a step further.”
Fans can expect video and podcast documentaries, article profile stories, interviews and some subscription based perks.
Glass Ceiling Sports will temporarily launch under the X1 Media website with plans to expand to a separate platform in the future. More details about this announcement will be released at a later date.
